About us

The URC Flour is one of the top flour millers in the Philippines. With a total of three (3) plants, two (2) in Manila and one (1) in Davao, the division has a combined milling capacity of 2,150 metric tons per day. The state-of-the-art flour mills and blending facilities allow the division to manufacture customized products fit the specific needs of its customers.


Our flour plants produce high quality flour, which undergo a standard milling process to ensure consistent quality. All our plants in Pasig are HACCP and HALAL certified, and our Davao plant is HALAL certified.

Our flour product offerings include Hard Wheat Flour, Soft Wheat Flour, Cake Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Noodle Flour and Whole Wheat Flour. Other product offerings include wheat grain components such as wheat germ, bran and pollard as well as cleaned wheat grains.

We supply to various customers such as flour dealers, food service providers and institutional buyers nationwide. We also supply the local and export flour requirements of the URC Branded Consumer Food Group. Our products are exported to Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Aside from flour milling, we also manufacture pasta noodles under the brands El Real Spaghetti and Macaroni. We use a fully automated robotic equipment used for packing of pasta lines. We are a pioneer in unique pasta products, as the only brand that launched Party Pasta, Rumble Pasta, and Healthy Pasta with Malunggay and Carrots. The company also toll manufactures pasta noodles for one of the leading fast food chains in the country.

This is further supported by the following technical services we offer: process analysis, troubleshooting, product demonstration, and other services that can enhance your business viability. We also offer our products in different forms of packaging such as retail and bulk packaging.

We also offer baking classes in Baker John Academy, Universal Robina Corporation’s very first baking school.
