El Real Party Pasta Pinoy Carbonara

Add a local twist to the classic carbonara.

Ingredients:

  • 250g EL REAL PARTY PASTA RAINBOW SALAD MACARONI

SAUCE

  • 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄4 cheese pimiento
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

TOPPING

  • 1⁄4 cup chopped lechon kawali
  • 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese 

Procedure:

  1. Cook EL REAL PARTY PASTA RAINBOW SALAD MACARONI according to package directions. Drain under faucet water and submerge it in boiling water when ready to serve.

  2. Combine and mix well mayonnaise, cheese pimiento and mushroom soup in a bowl.
  3. Transfer to sauce pan and cook until it simmers.

  4. Remove and mix with cooked pasta then toss.

  5. Fry lechon kawali until golden brown and add it as toppings.
