Pizza Roll

Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

1000g URC Globe Flour

8g Instant Yeast

15g Salt

20g Sugar

600g Water

50g Vegetable Oil

Pizza Sauce Filling 

90g Tomato Sauce

150g Tomato Paste

2g Oregano

5g Italian Herbs

2g White Pepper

2g Garlic powder

2g Onion Powder

1g Brown Sugar

Toppings                                 

250g Pepperoni

600g Cheddar Cheese

200g Bell Pepper

250g Olives

500g Mozarella

Procedure:

Pizza Sauce Filling

  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat.

Dough

  1. Mix flour and yeast.
  2. Dissolve sugar and salt in water.
  3. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
  4. Add liquid mixture and mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
  5. Add vegetable oil, mix for 1 minute.
  6. Switch to high speed and mix for 5 minutes until elastic.
  7. Rest dough in a container for 15 minutes.

Make Up

  1. Divide and weigh dough into 564g portions.
  2. Flatten dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  4. Add pepperoni and olives, then roll.
  5. Cut into 1-inch rolls (approx. 18 rolls).
  6. Place rolls in 8x2 round pans (8-9 rolls per pan), proof for 60 minutes until doubled.
  7. Before baking, add chopped bell pepper and grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 165°C for 20 minutes.
  9. Cool and serve. Enjoy!
