Lengua de Gato by Chef Aileen Asilom

Delicate, buttery, and irresistibly crisp—Chef Ai’s Lengua de Gato melts in every bite with URC Continental All-Purpose Flour

Ingredients:

  • 110g URC Continental All-Purpose flour
  • 90g Unsalted Butter 
  • 85g Sugar 
  • 2pcs Eggs
  • 2g Vanilla Extract  

Procedure:

  1. Gently melt the unsalted butter, add sugar and mix, then add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix.
  2. Sift in URC Continental All-Purpose Flour, mix, put in a piping bag, pan long in an oven pan, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 7 minutes, and cool.
